Book your meeting space at the USask Calgary Hub

Bookings are approved on a first come, first served basis. A confirmation email will be provided once a space has been approved. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.         

 Please note, the USask Calgary Hub will be closed the following dates in April:

         Friday, May 9: Closed All Day

      Friday, May 16: Closed at 12 pm 

   Monday, May 19: Closed All Day (Stat)

 Tuesday, May 20: Closed 11 am - 2 pm (Private Event)

Event Information

Bookings are two hours unless otherwise approved. Please ensure you allow time for everyone to leave the space at the scheduled end time.
Meetings and events must end at the scheduled time.

Due to COVID-19 protocols and guidelines, capacity limits may be reduced.
Individuals are responsible for catering. Details must be provided in advance to the Office Coordinator.
To serve liquor at private events, a special event license is required. Please visit the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission to determine which type of liquor license your event requires and complete an online application. A copy of the liquor license must be provided to the USask Calgary Hub and be displayed during the event.
