Alumnus Kay Nasser honoured by the American University of Beirut

One of the University of Saskatchewan's most celebrated alumnni has received a special honour from the American University of Beirut (AUB). Alumnus and long-time donor to the U of S, Professor Emeritus Kay Nasser (PhD'65) has been named one of the 150 History Makers at AUB. Nasser graduated from AUB with a degree in civil engineering. Nasser's invention of the K-slump tester, a device that tests the consistency of concrete when it is poured, is cited by AUB as one of his many significant achievements and contributions to engineering.
