COVID-19: How can I help?

In these challenging times, we are especially grateful to have dedicated alumni, staff and friends like you in our USask community

During this time of unprecedented challenge for our community we are grateful that so many of our alumni, staff and friends have been reaching out to ask what they can do to help. Thank you! There are many ways that you can make a difference:

1) You can help students in crisis with a gift to the Nasser Family Emergency Student Trust, which provides emergency funds for a wide variety of needs; such as groceries, rent, medications and computer equipment to adapt to online learning. Funding is available to students quickly, and requires no repayment. You can give peace of mind to a student by making your donation today.

2) You can support groundbreaking COVID-19 research. The University of Saskatchewan’s COVID-19 Research Fund supports the increased efforts of USask researchers. Donations to this fund will be put to work right away to fund research to address the impact of COVID-19, including vitally important vaccine research. You can be a part of this globally significant research with your donation.

3) If current events have you thinking about the future, you may want to consider joining your fellow alumni, staff and friends in planning a bequest or estate gift to USask in support of an area most meaningful to you.
