College of Arts and Science alumni nominated for YWCA Women of Distinction Awards
Awards recognize inspirational leadership and extraordinary contributions by women in Saskatoon
Several College of Arts and Science graduates have been nominated for the upcoming YWCA Women of Distinction Awards. Awards will be presented on May 25.
College of Arts and Science graduates were nominated in the following categories:
Health & Athletics Award:
- Tracy Hazen (BEd’95, BA’11)
Arts, Culture & Heritage Award:
- Heather Morrison (BFA’08)
Truth & Reconciliation Award:
- Pam Larson (BA’11)
- Tracy Muggli (BA’86); part of team nomination with Carm DiSanto-Michalenko (BComm’84)
Business & Professions Award:
- Nicole Berg (BA’09)
Research & Technology Award:
- Katrina German (BA’00)
- Serese Selanders (BA’95, MBA’13)
Since 1982, the YWCA Saskatoon Women of Distinction Awards have honoured hundreds of women for their inspirational leadership and extraordinary contributions. The awards are recognized nationally as one of the most prestigious awards for women.
