U of S awarded $77.8M to lead "Global Water Futures" research program

Alumni and current PhD student Holly Annand (BE’09, MSC’12) was on hand to speak yesterday at the largest funding announcement in the university’s history.

The U of S was awarded $77.8 million from the Canada First Research Excellence Fund (CFREF) to lead the "Global Water Futures" research program.

The funding "enables students like myself to learn from the best and the brightest," said Annand.
